Cookie Policy

Important notice

This Cookie Policy explains how Type Two Agency LLC ("Type Two", "we") uses cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies when you visit or use UsaConti / Conti (the "Platform"), available at usaconti.com and related subdomains.

It supplements our Privacy Policy. For personal data questions, contact [email protected]. For product support: [email protected].

At a glance

  • We use essential authentication cookies (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) load only if you choose Accept All in the cookie banner.
  • Preferences such as language or theme may be stored in localStorage; they are not cookies but serve a similar purpose.
  • During Stripe checkout or when using reCAPTCHA on protected features, third parties may set their own cookies.
  • You can reject optional cookies, clear them in your browser, or reset your choice by removing the cookieConsent key from localStorage.

Commercial brand: UsaConti / Conti.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They help remember actions or preferences over time.

We also use local storage (localStorage) for some preferences and to remember your cookie banner choice. Although not technically cookies, they work similarly from a user perspective.

3. How we use cookies on Conti

We group usage into categories aligned with the Platform consent banner:

  • Essential: required to sign in, maintain your session, basic security, and dashboard operation.
  • Analytics (optional): measure visits, performance, and aggregated product usage to improve the service.
  • Functional (optional): remember language, appearance, or other UI preferences where applicable.
  • Marketing (optional): campaign attribution when you accept all cookies.

4. First-party cookies and storage

  • Supabase authentication: cookies prefixed sb- (e.g. sb-<project>-auth-token and related chunks). Purpose: user session, token refresh, dashboard access. Duration: session or per Supabase settings. Basis: strictly necessary for the service.
  • Consent preference: localStorage cookieConsent with values all or necessary. Purpose: remember whether you accepted optional cookies. Duration: until you clear it manually.
  • Interface language: localStorage language (es/en). Purpose: display the Platform in your preferred language.
  • Other product preferences: localStorage keys for theme, signup flows, POS, inventory currency, or UI options. Purpose: convenience; not used for advertising.

Essential authentication cookies cannot be disabled without losing access to your account.

5. Third-party cookies and services

We load analytics and marketing scripts only if you stored cookieConsent = all in the banner. Providers the Platform may use include:

  • Supabase (supabase.com): authentication and database. Session cookies on our domain; TLS-encrypted traffic.
  • Vercel (vercel.com): hosting, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. Vercel-owned cookies or identifiers for aggregated visit and performance metrics.
  • Google Analytics 4 (google.com): only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ID is configured. Cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, or other measurement cookies.
  • Google Tag Manager (googletagmanager.com): only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GTM_ID is configured. May centralize other tags.
  • Google Ads (googletagmanager.com / google.com): conversion tag AW-16933795516 when you accept optional cookies.
  • Meta Pixel (facebook.com / connect.facebook.net): ID 1026284966012340 for campaign measurement when you accept optional cookies.
  • Stripe (stripe.com): during subscription or payment checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies (__stripe_*, m.stripe.network) on its domain or iframe.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 (google.com): when using Conti Agent or other abuse-protected flows, Google may set cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA for bot risk scoring.

We do not embed social media plugins that track your browsing on public pages. Meta and Google Ads pixels depend on your explicit consent.

7. Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or other browsers. Please note:

  • Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or cause frequent session expiry.
  • Deleting third-party cookies does not remove data already aggregated in their dashboards, but limits future identification.
  • Private/incognito mode usually discards cookies when you close the window, except those marked persistent via Supabase.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when we add providers, change the banner, or modify cookie categories.

We will publish the current version at this URL and update the date at the bottom of the document.
